Metallic Skin
This imagery is a perfect contrast of traditional religious elements and modern interpretation. Using a metallic shade on the skin gives the model a statuesque feel to it. Unlike when I was using gold leaf on the skin, using a liquid product the coloration becomes more a part of the skin rather than something on top. Although I did like the rough texture of gold leaf, I feel this image is stunning because the viewer sees the woman as almost a silver goddess. The blending is seamless and the accessories and styling completely bring this image together.
